Today we had lunch in Fuffuraju Locanda located in La Caletta, Sardinia.

This is a typical Sardinian restaurant offering a mix of seafood and meat dishes. Menu includes good selection of starters, pasta, sea food and desserts. I was slightly dissapointed with selection of main meat dishes (neither Roberto nor I eat seafood). We both went for Costata di Vitello (grilled steak), the other option I was tempted to go for was Tagliata (slices of beef steak on rucola salad with parmesan cheese).

As a starter we have ordered selection of cold meats and cheese. Both antipasti and main dish were excellent. Costata was delicious  and portion was very generous. As for a dessert we both have ordered Crema Catalana. It was ok but I would not order it again.

At the end we have received a glass of our chosen digestive. Choice included: mirto, grappa or limoncello.

I would definitely recommend paying a visit to Fuffuraju Locanda if you are around. Place is very nicely decorated, service provided is friendly and professional, food is fresh and tasty with a nice presentation and for all the boys… steaks are massive!
